Chloe came to visit me on Tuesday, and we spent the most amazing three days together! Each day was planned to perfection, with maps and everything. On the first day I cooked her most favourite dish in the whole world, which is French onion soup (for starters), and then for mains, a beautiful Entrecote steak with baby potatoes, courgettes, chopped onions, fresh parsley and a slightly too peppery Peppercorn sauce on the side. For dessert we finished a whole Daim cake! Later that evening I introduced her to my friends, whom she's seen and heard so much about, I also took her to some of my favourite weird and wonderful bars; one called Luzia which has a what looks like a little traditional Italian house as the smoking area. Inside is also ladders which leads up to a bed and some little tables and chairs. The next day I took her to my favourite pizza place for lunch, then the amazing Suicide Circus club in the early morning, because everything else was either closed, or wouldn't let us all in. On the second to last day we saw all these exhibitions and one more- Laszlo Maholy-Nagy at the Martin Gropius Bau Gallery, which was just incredible! It's a shame I wasn't allowed to take photos, though, it pains me that I couldn't. Finally, Chloe's last day with me was just a lazy day, we barely got out of bed. Sadly when the time came for me to take her to the airport, I had a plan that would make it a lot nicer on us both. The answer, if you care, donuts and pretzels and lots of it! I could literally eat that all day and every day! Chloe ich liebe dich so viel, und wir sehen euch auf December!
